Lots of space in the apartment (huge room) and a really nice interior design. The place was surrounded by a lovely small park.

It could use more toiletries - shampoo, conditioner for example. Could be better with just a slightly bigger kitchen, it was tough to cook in a space this small.

Alles top bis auf die tiefen Schlaglöcher bzw Riesenpfützen an der Einfahrt. Der Bewegungssensor für die Beleuchtung hat leider so spät reagiert, so dass ich im Dunkeln knöcheltief im ersten Schlagloch gelandet bin.

Klein aber fein. Sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

The spacious apartment.

There were no restaurants or cafes locally, so we had to drive to go out.

Eine sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft. Wer etwas erleben möchte, sollte diese Unterkunft nicht wählen, da es ca. 12 km außerhalb von Würzburg und dort nichts weiter ist. Wir haben dieses Appartment bewußt gewählt, da wir von dort aus Tagestouren unternommen haben. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster geht allerdings auch nicht, da die Kirchenglocken jede viertel Stunde läuten. Kochen ist auch schlecht, da der Tisch sehr klein ist und die externe Kochplatte dort aufgestellt werden müßte. Das hat uns aber auch nicht gestört, da wir auswärts essen waren. Im Ort selbst gibt es nur eine Pizzeria, die Urlaub hatte. Wenn man mit dem Bus nach Würzburg fahren möchte, ist das alle 20 min. möglich, man fährt allerdings über zahlreiche Dörfer auch knapp 1 Stunde. Die Unterkunft selbst ist wunderschön. In einem anderen Raum gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Wir waren "im tapferen Schneiderlein", sehr schön dekoriert und nett eingerichtet. Riesiges Badezimmer!

Erg leuke studio (nr 2) met klein keukentje. Gezellig ingericht, prima badkamer en alles schoon. Wij vonden alleen het bed niet fijn. Het bed kraakte en veerde heel erg bij zelfs de minste beweging. Verder goede ligging, niet ver van Würzburg.

The apartment was lovely, nice decor, comfortable and overall well equipped. A washing machine and dryer at the end of the corridor was a real plus. There are no administrative staff on site, but the phone and email service was helpful and prompt at all times. The location is quite far out of Würzburg but it‘s a ten minute walk to a tram that takes you right in to the centre.

It isn’t that easy to check in to the property. There are locked boxes outside but putting in the key code is fiddly and in my case the wrong key was in the box to which I had the code! The list of hotels provided in the apartment really needs to include Ristorante da Ricci which is a minute‘s walk away!!! Lovely little place. There‘s a good bakery too right on the doorstep and it’s even open on Sunday!

Wir hatten Raum 5 (Frau Hölle) Positiv; Einfaches Check-in, Ruhige Lage mit Straßenbahn-Anbindung nach Würzburg, großes Bad, gutes Bett, zugewiesener Parkplatz. Negativ: kein Kleiderschrank, nur Kommode. Küchenzeile nicht zum Kochen oder für die Zubereitung eines guten Frühstücks geeignet (Kein Herd, nur Elektrokochplatte, kein Dunstabzug, beschränkte Auswahl an Gläsern), kein Geschirrspülmaschine und leider keine Geschirr-Trockentücher

Great location for getting into Würzburg, the station is a short walk away. A stylish hotel room with a Grimms fairytale decor. Modern fit out. The Italian restaurant around the corner is recommended (closed Mondays) otherwise other Würzburg suburbs are an easy distance. I would recommend this room.

The website gave to understand that there was a washing machine and an iron in the room. This is not so - there's a laundry at the end of the corridor with a washing machine and a drier, no iron. The bed is very bouncy, with lots of partner disturbance.
