CDVery bad management, they made me to pay extra 50% as I arrived, even I don't stay there for night, my health was very bad but they don't care, they made me to wait for five hours and ask me to pay extra 2500 to allocate the room when I was suffering very badly with my leg pain. It was very horrible experience of my life, never I will prefer or recommend this hotel metropolis in my life
Very bad experience, toilet was broken, tab was not working after 15hrs of flight journey can't had shower, just used this property 4hrs and was forced to pay early check in charges after waiting for 5hours, when I was not comfortable to stay they never give refund when I left this property in 4hours
INThe room was decent and the washroom was clean
The ac vent and the ceiling were broken from many places. The manager also accused us of smoking in the room which we weren't. His tone was pretty rude and he kept accusing us of smoking. We even allowed them to check the room and see that we were not smoking and it was someone else.
