Mit Gepäck in den 2.Stock ohne Lift ist für 70Jährige mühsam.

Das Hotel war gut zu erreichen und die Lage ist sehr zentral. Es gibt einen schönen Innenhof in dem man bei Schönwetter frühstücken kann.

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert und haben auch keinen Ventilator. Dadurch war es leider unangenehm warm im Zimmer. Für den Preis würde ich mir eine bessere Verdunkelung oder zumindest ein gekühltes Zimmer erwarten.

Un pequeño hotel sencillo y muy agradable. Con excepción de la campana de una iglesia cercana, la tranquilidad y el silencio son absolutos, y el aire fresco que viene de los viñedos por la noche es delicioso. El patio del restaurante contiguo ha sido un verdadero descubrimiento, tanto como su carta.

Tijekom boravka sve je bilo u redu, no moram istaknuti da su dvije djelatnice na recepciji ostavile pomalo neugodan dojam. Bile su hladne, nepristupačne i nisu pokazale osnovnu razinu ljubaznosti koju bih kao gost očekivala. Nisu nasmijane ni susretljive, niti su pozdravile prilikom dolaska ili odlaska. Stekla sam dojam da im rad s ljudima nije prioritet ili možda jednostavno nisu dovoljno educirane o važnosti prve impresije i gostoljubivosti. Šteta, jer takav stav ostavlja trag na cjelokupni dojam boravka.

Cozy room with almost an English feel to it in terms of decor. The bed was comfy, lots of space in the room, check in was easy. The restaurant next door was convenient and very nice! Breakfast was „okay“ but the price was reasonable for what it was.

Monotonous breakfasts, with limited selection. Service is lacking. The hotel reception is open for a very short time, from 6 am to 11 am. The hotel does not have an iron to lend.

klosternoburg is a great city, and so gorgoues! the room was cosy and was super cute

no aircon but a fan was provided! we also had to ask for extra pillows but they were given as soon as we asked!

It was easy to find the place. There is a parking just outside of the hotel. The train station for the city center was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and it takes you 5 minutes to grt to city center by train. It was clean and the beds were comfy.
