Sylvia. Pay her more money 💵 she's excellent. So was the other receptionist in the morning (my bad I didn't ask her name) shame on me!

The location is a bit out of the way to explore Vienna without a car. A tea kettle in the room would have been nice.

"Simple and convenient."

Peaceful and clean hotel in a very convenient location for the train into Vienna, and only a short walk to Klosterneuburg town centre. The breakfast was basic but fresh, and staff were helpful when I saw them.

Slightly longer reception hours and more fresh fruit options for breakfast would be great.

"Nice and easy"

Location. Clean. Simple. Modern.Comfy beds and ni e clean white sheets Staff friendly.

I forgot to ask for a fan. I didn’t like to open windows too much as the insects could come in. But it’s my fault I could have asked for a fan. A little expensive .

Great location if you biking, close to trail and restaurants

Breakfast I was traveling with a group of 14, they didn’t put out enough food for us, not even talking about the other guest. O when I asked more food they give me a look and then vent to the store to cold cuts.
