The restaurant view.

The location is quite but nothing is available around it. The staff readiness to customer questions. I asked for ice. They said ( it is not available) I asked for a cissor, it is also not available ! As the hotel is very far and nothing is near to it, they should have a storage of items that the guest may ask about. Smart tv is available but cannot be connected to internet !

This is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. Lots of place for parking.

The breakfast was rather average. Mind the prayer calls from the mosque nearby.

Hotel is rated as 4 stars, but deserve 5 stars for the facilities provided. Extremely convenient location for avoiding City traffic and access to Sümela Monastery and places to see in south of Trabzon. Provided room was excellent, clean, spacious and has all facilities you need, an upgrade within availability. Staff was friendly and helpful, round the clock. Has parking lot and Post office is just neighboring.
