The treatment of the receptionist and the hotel staff was very bad, even the hotel manager was present and the owner of the hotel was also present, and my family was with me. We experienced humiliation and racism in the hotel. When I told them I would talk to Booking about what happened to me, they said Booking won't give you anything because we don't deal with booking in Turkey. Unfortunately, I experienced something that I have never experienced in my life, even though I am in a high category in the reservation and have great features in the application

-very friendly staff always smiling and always willing to help -clean and tidy. Attention to details -good breakfast with a variant in dishes each day -supermarket under the hotel

-weird smell in one of the rooms -location is 20 minutes from airport in a calm neighborhood -on the last day one of our cosmetic products were used by one of the cleaning staffs. -suite was a bit congested

"Amazing staff"

The staff are amazing ... Malak and all other staff are absolutely amazing ... rooms are clean and good-sized.

Location is not that great ... no indoor parking... lack of facilities, equipment ... breakfast is average at best .... price is too high for a 2 or 3 star hotel.
