I had stayed in many fancy hotels and this Hotel become in the list of highly recommended. the only difference will be is the price its so AFFORDABLE and the service was beyond what was expected.. it’s so clean the staffs are elegant friendly and professional. especially Mr. Kram & Mr. Ibrahim they were very helpful to my Family and I. so glad for choosing this hotel my booking was 1 day but I extended it to 5 days … highly recommend

"It's almost a stroke of perfection"

From the reception when we arrived till the minute we left, every detail was taken care of. The cleanliness, above-all, was phenomenal.

Maybe I don't understand something about how things work in Trabzon, but I kept wondering why the hotel restaurant windows didn't have protective mesh against insects. Also, it can be dangerous for kids to sit near windows as the openings are not far from the ground. Only this, and everything else is great.

Good location 8 minutes from city centre Clean and spacious rooms with modern furniture nice staff Good breakfast but lacks variety from day to day Very good room service

Staff are nice but sometimes they forget which leads to ask more than 2 times. Turndown service and room cleaning were very busy and sometimes rooms were not cleaned daily

"Nice and beautiful hotel, worth the money"

good location quiet and peaceful faraway from crowd , beautiful rooms well decorated spacious, also toilet nice and good.

in the lobby the AC was not operated so it was very hot burning, specially when you are waiting for your room, the lobby floor was sticky when you walk you feel it, should concentrate more on cleanings as well, the bed seems to be little smaller barely fits 2 adults which is not comfortable in size specially when you have big room but small size bed.

"5 Star Hotel"

Everything is amazing from the room to the stuff. The stuff are very kind they treat us like their family. We had the pleasure to meet the beautiful Bayrak which the hotel was name after her. Actually the hotel is not 4 Star it is 5 star. Breakfast is Amazing & The view of the restaurant + room is fantastic. Alhamdullah thank you all.
