Nice room … good location … helpful staff

Stayed 2 nights … after 1st night came back at 4.30pm …room not made up … not an issue … just an inconvenience… had to go back to reception for coffee / etc. We had booked ‘with breakfast’ … bit of confusion at checkout as we were charged for breakfast ‘because we didn’t present our vouchers’ that we were never given or asked for.
