Receptividade, proprietária e funcionários do local educados e prestativos. Piscina e academia grandes, pode usar a vontade. Localização excelente. O lugar é bem equipado, apesar de não ter ar condicionado e filtro de água. É um espaço bem planejado e fresco, com utensílios, roupa de cama e banho em bom estado e a disposição. Tudo estava bem organizado.

O lugar é muito bom, só elogios.

Ambiente aconchegante, arejado, limpo. Ótimos utensilios na cozinha, roupa de cama e de banho muito boas e cheirosas.

Não é bem um ponto negativo, mas seria muito bom um ar condicionado.

The studio apartment on the first floor , was like the picture . Perfect for 2 people . It was pristine , comfortable and well stocked with everything ( and a few extras) that we needed . The water filter was a great bonus . It has 24 hour security . The location is perfect , a 1 minute walk onto Avenida Paulista . It is located very close to MASP . There are 2 aircons and plenty of storage . The queen bed was comfortable and extra linen and towels were provided .

Utensílios necessários para o dia a dia (completo). Apresenta bom espaço.

Por se tratar de andar baixo e estar situado em via de trânsito intenso, o barulho externo é considerável dentro do apartamento. Apresenta poucas janelas restringindo a ventilação e a incidência solar. Apesar de ser uma acomodação com boa limpeza, o cheiro de mofo permaneceu constante e forte ao longo de toda estadia.
