The appartement is very clean and has everything you need in the kitchen, bthroom, bedroom. The furniture is amazing and very comfortable. Camilia the ownner is awesome person. She was asking about me and following up by messages during the whole stay periode. I am lucky to get this appartment wich has a view on Paulista Avenue.

All the receptionists there are not professional and most of the time rude. First of all during the check in the lady said that check in will be only at 3 pm despite the appartment is ready. She even refused to let me enter the reception of the building. She was talking to me from behind the door and i am in the street. She even refused to keep my suitcase there until the check in time. I felt i am homeless. Imagine aftr 15 hours of flight I had to go to sturbacks in Paulista avenue with two suitcases and stayed there until the check in time. Anothere receptionniste guy was also rude with my friend and he refused to let him enter the building despite we are both registred with our names and passports and our fave photos are in the recption and when i went down to open the door for him i found the receptionnist sitting on his desk and watching the camera on tv and when i opened the door for my friend he started getting nervous and asked us to show our ID and was shouting and screaming. This happened on 31st December in the evening at around 8 pm. Camilla i am sure that you are reading this comments so please do something with the people who are working in the reception. There are rude and not professional. They will affect the reputation of your properties there. Big love

Excellent location close to Avenida Paulista and many restaurants.

One side of the bed was a bit sunken / less comfortable.

Lovely apartment, comfortable bed, nice shower, and perfectly located

I didn't like really that how should I say the facial recognition to get into the building
