The Restoration Asheville

This is akin to a large boutique hotel! I travel quite often but found that there were many extra special details that made it comfortable and welcoming. The choice of dining venues is excellent.

Sending a little breakfast basket is a cute idea but skip the cold egg fritata thing and replace it with a fluffy biscuit or muffin.

Highest marks in rvery catagory! One of our new favorites anywhere! Great location, inspiringly beautiful and comfy, but what sets it apart is the beyond expectations servive!!! They make it clear in every possible way that you are welcome and they want us here as guests!

Wonderful hotel in Downtown Asheville. Staff were very friendly and the room was very nice. Lovely breakfast arrived in a basket every morning and the wine and cheese at 5pm was very nice! Mary and Layla at the front desk were super helpful and got us our room much earlier than 4pm, which we appreciated! Very nice rooftop bar as well.

Ashville is always great, but the Restoration staff and amenities were an added and pleasant surprise. From the 'Draftsman' in the basement (games and bowling) to the wine and nibbles at 5, it was a pleasurable experience. Rooms roomy and nicely decorated/appointed, beds comfortable. Even a basket in the morning with the morning's snack. Located walking distance to lots of shopping, restaurant row, music, and treats. The entire staff was friendly and professional.

This is a true 4 star hotel, with an excellent downtown location with three onsite restaurants. The WiFi was very good for business travelers. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and the terrace was a nice touch. Pillows are down and non hypoallergenic. Ask for foam pillows if that matters to you. Room service is where they could improve on. Very clunky, not seamless like most city hotels. Unable to cast to the TVs, so be aware.

We had a great stay at the Restoration during a recent trip to Asheville for a wedding. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and any more helpful. Upon check-in, Matt took care of our bags and vehicle and gave us a lot options for things to see. He made a point of asking us later if everything was okay. The Valet staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our dog and he was welcomed by everyone. Elton had the kitchen prepare him some boiled chicken to help us maintain his diet! The Draftsman was a great place for the bridal parties’ reception having games and a good time. Whether in a group or a couple, we recommend The Restoration. Stay there, eat there and bring your dog! Thank you.

Love the atmosphere of the hotel. Rooms were lovely with very comfortable beds and linens. Staff was very attentive. Great location with everything downtown being very walkable. Shout out to Cheyanne who was our server for brunch.

We just had the most wonderful stay at The Restoration Hotel. There are lots of amenities to make the stay pleasant. The staff is friendly & accommodating. They want you to be comfortable and enjoy your time with them. Mary Katherine deserves a special shout out. She shared her love for the hotel and Asheville on a daily basis. The restaurant, the roof top, the speak easy, the coffee bar and the afternoon delight are ALL top notch The staff gets a rousing, standing ovation from us. We will be back & will make it a point to stay at The Restoration in Charleston.
