The Restoration Asheville

We had an amazing stay! This boutique hotel has all the amenities you could want, and every staff member was exceptionally helpful—anything we needed was taken care of almost immediately. The team’s recommendations were spot-on, and the breakfast basket was a thoughtful touch. I’m particular about where I stay, and this experience was truly exceptional. I’ll definitely return and recommend this property to others.

Cheyanne in the coffee shop is amazing. Our group arrived just as she was closing. She stayed open to provide our group with coffees and drinks. She was friendly, accommodating and fabulous! Thank you!

Me and my Mother came to get away for a couple days. All of the staff her are wonderful. Derek at the front desk was very accommodating. All the valet guys were very helpful. They had seat warms on and waiting for us each time we got in.

Place is gorgeous. Great service. Perfect walking area to bars/restaurants/shopping. Derek was a great help with assisting check in.

Beautiful and Stylish, clean in the heart of Ashville. Mary and Derrick gave us the perfect room. Close to everything. Breakfast Picnic basket was a special touch. 💕 Mary went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and shared with us some local jam. Clean, modern and spacious. Bed is comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Restoration in Ashville on November 1, 2025. We had a horrible experience. The HVAC in our room did not work properly and the front desk could care less about the issue. This was a surprise because we had stayed at their property in Charleston and had a good experience. We asked the person at the front about a bar with live music and she had no idea were the bar was after we provided the name even though we later learned that the bar was literally across the park form the hotel. The next morning, there was no coffee downstairs as promised because the person did not show at up at the coffee shop.
