The Restoration Asheville

So impressed with this hotel! The suite was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable. They have beautiful decor and modern rooms. They provide complimentary breakfast treats delivered to your door in the mornings. Highly recommend!

BEWARE! This hotel is LOUD and they don’t care. They have events on the rooftop and their “quiet hours” don’t start until midnight. The bass from the rooftop reverberates throughout the room and even with a white noise app, ear plugs, and a pillow over your head, the noise and vibrations are unbearable. I spoke with the manager who refuses to even have the music turned down a notch. I asked why the hotel wouldn’t warn potential guests of a large event and he said “we don’t always know” and I said, did you know about this one and he repeated “we don’t always know.” I asked him yet again if he knew about this exact event and he said yes. They decided to still book without warning guests. Completely unacceptable. I’m not able to convey the teeth-rattling noise through this review but try to imagine the loudest possible concert and put that attached to your roof.

We loved the rooftop location. The food was great and craft cocktails. The bartender Jeremy was awesome! Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with little surprises throughout! The room was large with a section couch and well stocked mini bar. The bar was beautiful! The happy hour, the cute little breakfast basket… all so well done. And the service was impeccable. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, kind, and happy to help!

The property was very pet friendly, but it costs $75 per night. Matt, the valet, was the best for helping us out from the time we arrived through our last night there. He provided rides for us when we were drinking, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and was super friendly. Everyone on the staff worked hard to ensure our stay was amazing. This will be our first choice hotel in Asheville from now on.
