Quality Inn Fort Worth - Downtown East

The pool was closed for the duration of our stay due to it needing to be reinspected by the city. We had a literal cockroach in our room. The walls had cracks in them and looked gross. There was bodily fluid stains on the chair and end table. The front desk and staff were hard to understand as they had poor English. The surrounding hotel and area was filled with crackheads that are out all hours of the day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Sinceramente el baño no estaba limpio , la tasa estaba sucia , el área donde uno se lava las manos había pelos como si alguien se hubiera afeitado , pésima limpieza , necesitan checar más a las personas que se supone limpian cada vez que deja uno las habitaciones

They had a credit card skimmer on their pinpad. Noticed it after I paid, woke up the next morning with two $100 charges on my card from the hotel. Didn't even stay at the hotel and i checked out as soon as i saw the room. it was filthy and bugs everywhere, everything had a smell too.

Rooms were dirty, smelly, and had roaches. I had to switch rooms twice: first had blood-stained linens and a dismantled faucet, second had filthy carpet, bad odor, and a roach crawling on me at night. The third room was only slightly better—shower had low pressure and the vanity was loose. The only positive was the continental breakfast, which was good. Rating: 1/5

No one came to change out bed lining or swap out used towels for clean towels even on request

NASTY, rude customer service (Peter) and no refund bc that has to be requested within 15 mins of checking in but we requested it after 45 mins. Ridiculous.

Carpet was sticky and wet, TV didn’t work, toilet paper was wet (disgusting) and it smelt like straight up mildew.
