Quality Inn Fort Worth - Downtown East

The bathroom needed some renovations. The carpet looked old and dirty, and our room had a mold/mildew smell to it.

Nothing. There was mold in the room. We got 2 beds and blood stain on one of the beds. The towels where wet as if they where used. When we went to the front desk for help they refused to give us a refund or a new room.

The rooms were very clean & the staff was wonderful. So friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable and the room wasn't bad

Everything else. Sounded like kids across the hall at 2am being loud and obnoxious. Smell of weed as soon as you hit the hallway.

The people next-door were extremely loud until 2 in the morning, screaming running through the halls, slamming doors, and fighting. The bathtub was disgustingly dirty. Hairdryer did not work. There was stuff under the bed left from the previous tenants.

No one was in lobby to great us or check us in. It was a ghost town. We stood there at least 5 minutes before someone had to be found. The room does not reflect the pictures posted on hotels.com. the room was outdated, had ripped carpet, tub had mold and looked dirty, around bottom of toilet was dirty, first roll of toilet paper was almost empty. There were many areas you could see where there had been water damage at one point. If we weren't in a hurry to get to an event when we got there i would have asked for a refund. If the company would put more money into making the rooms updated it would be better. Lobby was nice but didnt reflect the worn down rest. Very deceiving.

Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures do not show the disgusting conditions of this hotel. The hallway smells, the rooms smell, the conditions are disgusting. The location is not downtown Fort Worth. The hotel is located in a dangerous, undesirable area of Fort Worth in a common parking lot with a Motel 6 and what looked like a homeless shelter.
