El olor a humedad es muy fuerte, no hacen limpieza diaria, mala atención del personal de recepción, cucarachas en la habitación. En ocasiones entraba un olor desagradable a marihuana y cigarro🤢, la alberca estaba muy sucia. Al momento de hacer check out no nos querían regresar el depósito e incluso nos acusaron de robarnos una lámpara y ni siquiera habían ido a revisar la habitación, mi esposo se regresó y les demostró que ahí estaban ambas lámparas de la habitación. Así que tengan cuidado porque hemos visto que a varias personas les hacen lo mismo para no regresarles el depósito. También nos faltaron al respeto, diciendo que porque éramos mexicanos somos unos rateros😤.

Sucio incluso encontré botellas y un ID debajo de de la cama, peleas de grupos personas fuera, y la policía no podían controlar, porque las personas alojadas insultaban a la policía…

I couldn't even go in--the neighborhood was awful and filled with homeless encampments. I want my money back!! I demand it! I was a woman traveling with a child and trusted your website!!! I will be reporting Booking.com to every single website and BBB and everything else if this is not resolved!
