How close it is to downtown

The shower didn’t work right. There was a smell in e room and it was supposed to be non smoking. Floor had weak spots and carpet had bad stains

Nothing

Everything was old, smell weird and room was super dirty along with the bathroom. As soon as I check in I immediately checkout due to dissatisfaction. Creepy man was outside staring at us upon our arrival.

Left the property when multiple people had checked in and were asking for refunds. Young black female in lobby breastfeeding baby. Hotel manager very disrespectful. Disgusting.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. I booked a handicap accessible room for me and my friend who is currently using a walker/wheelchair to get around. Before we even went to the hotel we tried to call them multiple times and couldn't get through to anyone at all. When we did het there we got a room furthest from the door we were told by management to use so my friend had to walk all the way down the hallway to a room door that looked like it had been broken into before. Going inside the room the mini fridge was broken and not working the curtains looked like someone had tried to rip them down and they didnt sit right. The first night was fine but the second night someone tried to break into our hotel room and when we called the main office it first off took too long for them to arrive at the room and second off they acted like what we had just gone through was nothing and shouldn't be worried about. They at least reported it to the police but didnt give the police the hotel room number, and in the morning when I went to check out the hotel clerk told me this was something that had been going on for 6 months and hadn't warned us about. If your thinking of going to this hotel solo dont do it or with a family. It was an experience id never forget but not in a good way.
