The rooms were nice and clean

We had to ask for towels for showers. Never had housekeeping during the stay. They closed the pool on Sunday and we were not able to use it Sunday night or Monday.

The check in was simple and quick, just pick up the key and go. The room was clean, the bed comfy; overall a good experience if you're looking for an affordable stay in Eureka. Only one small suggestion would be to leave the WiFi password displayed somewhere in the room. Otherwise, not bad, not bad at all.

The place was amazing. Was not expecting everything for the affortable budget. It was worth it. Will reserve again in the future

I booked the penthouse for my 30th birthday trip. We had arrived early into town and knew check in was at three but thought we would check and see if the room was ready. The front desk woman was amazingly sweet and hospitable. It turned out we could check in about 45 mins ahead of schedule. The drive down to the pent house is steep. We found it easier to back down the diveway since the other side of the drive way that would normaly be used to leave... the gravel was a little washed out. There is a cute firepit area outside of the penthouse. Upon entering the penthouse i was stunned. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. The electric fireplaces were a nice touch too! Loved having a full sized refrigerator and a toaster oven. There was a big dining area with room for 6 people which came in handy when my girlfriends staying in

The rooms were newly remodeled, clean, and comfortable with firm, yet memory foam on top of mattress. We used the pool and had it to ourselves. It was very nice.

The microwave was not plugged in and no outlet in sight.

We decided to check out the area based on recommendations of family that come to Eureka Springs often. I’m super picky and usually prefer to stay at higher end hotels but I loved the look of this room and I am a sucker for places trying to bring something old back to life. My husband was surprised when we pulled up and said there was no way the place was up to my standards until we went into our room. The room was beautiful even though the beds were a little stiff for me, he loved them. Parking was a little bit of a pain the second night but nothing too crazy. Just had to park at the back of the building. Over all would recommend this motel to anyone.

Needs work

My husband and I have been going to Eureka Springs for a while now, and it was our first time staying at the candlewick inn and it was great! The only complaint was it was supposed to be reserve now pay later and we were charged before we got there my husband and I like to see what we are getting into before paying because pictures can be deceiving when it comes to some hotels.
