Хозяин отзывчивый, моментально решал любые вопросы. Заселение прошло оперативно, без задержек, к лифтам нет никаких очередей. Квартира чистая, все работает исправно, с балкона открывается красивый вид на море. Дом находится в очень выгодном положении: в шаговой доступности пляж, ТРЦ "Гранд молл", многочисленные супермаркеты, кафе и рестораны, также рядом пекарня, аптека, пункты обмена валюты. С ближайшей остановки общественного транспорта можно напрямую добраться до аэропорта, ЖД и авто вокзалов, морского порта, станции канатной дороги и до центра города.
