Casa Pandurata Luxury Apartments in Centro, San Miguel de Allende

estuvimos muy agusto, muy lindo el departamento, funcional, decoración, todo excelente.

The location was walkable to the main square.

This place was not as described. We booked for a lift and a washing machine as we were up for a long stay. Neither was available. I would not describe the accommodation as luxurious but reasonably comfortable. They did take some laundry to do for us and it was returned looking very worn. There are much more attractive options around this beautiful town.

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado para visitar a pie San Miguel. La limpieza excelente. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. La atención de la Señorita Miriam muy amable.

I would advice to NEVER Book directly with them, totally a SCAM, but if you decide to stay with them do it through a reliable app. I book directly with them for three rooms, they took the money immediately, had to cancel due to a change in dates two days later and couldn't get a hold of anyone at the time to get a reimbursement, my second booking was thru Booking.com. I had to create a dispute about the initial bookings, two months later they told me to please remove the dispute and they will reimburse my money directly which I did, now they only reimburse for two rooms which were the cheapest, they told me that the dispute to the most expensive room was lost and they returned the money to the card, but that is completely BULLSHIT, they didn't return anything and unfortunately I can't do anything else because I withdraw the dispute, I guess I was naive, but I trusted them, don't want this to happen to anyone, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!

Ubicación de primera, y habitaciones muy cómodas y con todas las necesidades, mi familia y yo la pasamos muy a gusto … Excelente opción en San Miguel, cerca de todo, y lugar de primer nivel

Many positives about this property : good beds, adequate kitchen, good supply of paper towels and toilet paper, good shower with plenty of hot water, good a/c, very clean and above all great location with 11/2 blocks to the main square. Coffee, fresh fruit and baked goods available in the lobby every morning. A much appreciated elevator to top floor. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The property was sparkling clean, had everything we needed for a 5 day stay, was centrally located, and very tastefully designed.

One of the two showers had no hot water.
