I could not operate the TV in my room. I tried but I could not use it.

We loved the suite, the location, the host, everything was perfect for this stay, the beds were so comfortable, the bathroom was big, it had an awesome view from the streets, also the host provided us the additional activities, and we likes very much the public transportation

Construction noise during 7 out of our 9 day stay was horrendous all day sometimes till 8 pm and then the dogs barking in the pet place next door at night! We were warned about the construction noise a few days before arrival but our request to cancel or receive compensation was ignored on multiple occasions. In addition they advertise as having a washing machine in the apartment but there is no washing machine

Liked it when we could do laundry ourselves. Halls sometimes noisy. No light in bathroom at sink.

The location is ideal! Close to the main plaza, the grocery store, bakery, art galleries, the laundry and restaurants. The housecleaners were wonderful. They were given a large tip for all their help, as I'm sure their pay was basic.

The major problem were the barking dogs from the boarding facility next door. The owner assured us that we could move to another location in the building if it were a problem. However, there appeared to be no portion of the building where the barking would not be a problem. So we suffered somewhat with it but fortunately the dogs were mostly quiet when we were sleeping.

The space was very clean. The apartment had TVs in all bedrooms. The bathroom in the main bedroom was roomy with good hot water pressure. The location was good for accessing the historic center sites and activities.

The apartment was falsely advertised regarding amenities in the two bed, two bath with kitchen/living unit. They misrepresented the property and did not deliver what was advertised or what was factored in the price. Firstly, the failure to have washing machine available created a significant inconvenience. A major reason I the apartment was based on the promise of an in-unit washer. Secondly, not having heating as described in the advertisement with cold nights in January was problematic. When on day two the maid brought one portable heater (stating the complex didn’t have more) it was far less than could accommodate a two bedroom apartment. Each night we had to chose who would get the heater and sleep in comfort and who would be left out in the cold. Also to note, the internet is extremely inconsistent. As an example, the TVs will not pickup channels and computer access dropped several times during the stay. Again, extremely disappointing and not as advertised. In addition, guests should be aware of the dog boarding just a couple houses down; as the dogs barking, especially at night can be disturbing to quiet and sleeping.
