"MALISIMA EXPERIENCIA"

Muy mal el manejo del servicio de valet parking, demorado cobra el hotel directamente los 350 MXN y cuando fuimos a recibir la SUV se demoraron por golpearon el carro y no avisaron, lo taparon!! Pusieron tierra para que no se viera y ahora tengo un golpe en el maletero que me hace llevar el carro al concesionario lo cual es impresentable, no ponen la cara y encubren el incidente lo cual me parece grave.

Very clean, excellent location. The food at restaurant on 1st level was amazing!! Staff was friendly.

Hooks on the bathroom would be helpful. Lack of space to place towel or your clothes

"Wonderful stay"

The property was exactly like the pictures. Very spacious and clean. The location felt safe and was quiet. The style was more modern, however cozy. The kitchen made it convenient to cook breakfast and save money from eating out. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Couldn't find a ventilation fan for the bathroom.
