"Great location and outstanding service, but the maintenance issues need improvement."

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Madrid on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. When we reported the maintenance issues, they responded promptly and even offered us complimentary breakfast, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the shower drain and the bathroom sink were both clogged during our stay. Although the staff tried to fix the shower drain over two days, the issue was never fully resolved. The air conditioning also did not work very well, which made the room less comfortable.

Great location, kind friendly staff that got me into our room early which was super helpful. Nice roof top bar. Great to have a washer that also drys!

The biggest downfall was the pool. It was only knee level depth throughout so my kids didn’t have an interest in “swimming” in there. But it was still pretty and had good vibes.

In the city centre and perfect walking distance from everything

The rooms under the rooftop bar was noisy on weekends, staff moved furniture early mornings - probably to clean and you will not be able to sleep in if you had a late evening
