Pulizia, posizione. Ho preso un appartamento con due camere. Entrambe pulite e ordinate, la cucina con il kit sigillato di saponetta, sapone è stato molto apprezzato. Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque sia in viaggio per Madrid sia per posizione ottima che per qualità della struttura. Buona colazione e personale super gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza.

Piscina un po’ piccola in caso di affollamento, più che altro non erano disponibili i lettini per tutti dato l’affollamento. Per il resto tutto ottimo

Beautiful hotel, great location.

For a 4 Star hotel it has very poor breakfast options. Also an extra charge for a avocado etc. is ridiculous. In our bathroom a lot of things where very lose such as the toiletrol holder, the towel holder and the doors of the shower where also not in their rail. On the roof terrace when not at the pool they also serve your drinks in plastic cups.

Eigelijk was alles heel goed. Behalve één ding. Een heel klein bed en ook niet echt stevig.

החדר היה מאובזר בכל מה שצריך,יש מטבח אמנם קטן אבל עם כל מה שצריך עד לפרטים הקטנים, כוסות צלחות סכו״ם סט של סקוץ שקית זבל סבון כלים, אנחנו לא השתמשנו כי אכלנו בחוץ אבל זה מעולה. המלון במיקום פשוט מצויין באמת מרחק של כמה דק הליכה,נמצא על הרחוב הראשי של הגרן ויה, ממול יש מטרו ומלא מסעדות וברים. הצוות מדהים הסביר לנו הכל ,וקיבל אותנו בחיוך.

החדר היה קצת צפוף ל3 אורחים

Great location. It was on one of the main streets so a lot of restaurants and shopping near by. Tons of people in the area on the weekend. Easy to grab a taxi and just down the street from a metro station. The hotel aesthetics were fun and pleasing. A little wear on some items but overall it was in great condition. The shower worked well with hot showers. Kitchen was a nice perk. We didn't use the balcony since it was sunny and hot during our stays. Having a washer in the room made our stay very comfortable. Huge fridge to stock pile all the fruit we wanted from the many supermercados near by. Our stay went by fast and we didn't get to use the pool, but I wish we did since it looked pretty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Top tier service all around.

The futon couch was in an awkward location. Once it folded it out, it pretty much blocked the bedroom door so getting past it required sliding on the edge of the futon. Made nights awkward if you had to get up and use the restroom from the bedroom. Also the futon was very uncomfortable to sleep on for adults. Luckily my 10 year old kids didn't mid it since they're light, but I slept on it one night (200 lbs) and I woke up with a sore back. Other than that, everything else went well.

El hotel nos ha encantado, la ubicación es excelente y el trato del personal impecable. Especial mención a Patricia de recepción, nos dio una cálida bienvenida y nos recomendó sitio muy buenos. Las camas son unas de las más cómodas que hemos probado. Volveremos seguro
