I ragazzi della reception ma soprattutto quelli della colazione erano gentilissimi. Un plauso a Hedda e alla sua collega Marianna o Marina ora non ricordo bene il nome, che gestivano la sala della colazione con cortesia e sorrisi! Tutto ok, avevamo una camera grande, se devo trovare un difetto.........il bagno era proprio piccolino!

De locatie in hartje Madrid was perfect, de faciliteiten waren uitstekend, schoonmaak top, en personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Voor twee kinderen van 14 en 16 was de slaapbank iets aan de krappe kant, maar dat is dan ook het enige kritiekpuntje, al met al een fantastisch verblijf.
