Nothing much considering the rate they were charging…. They should put more efforts and focus much on the cleanliness, the amenities and the service.

To start with and once you access the property, you smell a bad odor due to the usage of a dirty mop always coupled with a bucket of dirty water. The corridor splitting the restaurant into two sections smells. Service at breakfast doesn’t exist to the point they do not bother to place tea spoons next to the coffee machine. The lady at the breakfast room has nothing to do with hospitality. Her attitude is unacceptable. Rooms’ cleanliness needs to be looked at. They do not change the dirty towels, never place amenities, TV dysfunctional and when you ask for a slipper the direct answer we don’t have. Dust is never cleared….. The rooms of the boys attending the football league was rarely cleaned in a proper manner…. But the cherry on the cake was when the manager was bothered by the kids noise…. If you cannot hear it, don’t take the business. I asked for the gym to get the usual answer of it is closed until Monday until I discovered myself that you can access it without if asking anyone since it is open and people are exercising every morning. The only pleasant and sincere people were the staff at the pool bar.

Cleanliness and lack attention to details. Weather was cold at night but AC on the heat were not functional. Minor insects in bathroom. Room service took the card that i left to keep power on and charge power bank.

The breakfast was amazing and the hotel was excellent

The spa was horrible. The entire floor seems like a basement that ran out of budget for renovation. The guy at the spa was weird and not a good therapist to say the least. One of the receptionists told me “not to panic” when I expressed that I need to get the room as soon as possible because it have a baby with me- that was rude.
