Atlantica Sungarden Park

The pool staff was very patient and helpful, and definitely add to the value of the service. I like the fact that they arrange to have a karaoke night, which was fun. The general cleanness around the pool areas and the breakfast area was very good. Our room was very good and spacious.

A thing I want to point out is that the breakfast could have an upgrade. The food was ok, nothing special, but I would expect the refill of the stations to be made in a way that is not so disrupting to the flow, with people passing through, food on disks being carried around.

the rooms should be cleaned better, some of the housekeeping staff weren't that nice when confronted about their insufficient work, but fixed by the reception staff
