there wasn't any breakfast offered

having a option of which floor offered in advance because we are in our 60`s and no elevator made climbing to the 3rd floor a workout

It’s a beautiful boutique style hotel , small and stylish ! The staff was excellent and man the coffee was 100/10 !

Bc it’s so small you ca hear the bar down stairs until 11pm when they close . Also if you are on the second floor the window faces the outside neon sign and your room is lite up like a disco ball . The light comes thru the plantation style shutters ,So if like to you sleep in the dark this place isn’t for you .

I liked that there was a small bar/coffee shop attached to the hotel for coffee, a bite and some information. The room was small but fresh and clean. Thank heavens things could be stored under the bed because the room was quite tight.

Two suitcase stands would have been helpful and the room to open them.

The Marsh is our new fav hotel in New Orleans. The sheets are crisp and clean. The room was clean and very cool. There is a nice patio with tables and chair swings. The lobby/bar/coffee shop is great. Watched football and met a bunch of locals. The only downside would be the thin walls. All the neighbors were quiet and respectful but if you had a screaming kid it wouldnt be fun.
