Fire hazard Room was very loud

- Room was really small but very clean. - Love, love, love the hardwood floors instead of carpet - Great shared spaces: patio with swings, cozy reading nook with books and water dispenser, cute coffee shop/bar - Very comfortable bed - Excellent location near St. Charles and the streetcar; easy walk to the Irish Channel, Garden District, and Magazine St. - Great local neighborhood—not touristy (I’m from NOLA and really appreciated this!) - Gracious Bakery is under a 10-minute walk and absolutely worth a visit; Fresh Market grocery is also very close - Staff were kind and accommodating—they moved me to a quieter room without any issue - TV was easy to use with plenty of streaming services - Bathroom was spotless - Huge bonus: the window actually opened (rare in New Orleans!) - Mini fridge and microwave were great for leftovers - Coffee shop/bar had lots of snack options: oatmeal, bars, fruit, pastries, etc. - Nice shower with a proper caddy and provided shampoo/conditioner/shower gel - Black makeup washcloths + plenty of towel hooks - Check-in app/keyless phone entry was convenient Overall: a cute, affordable boutique hotel in a convenient local area—MUCH better than staying in the French Quarter or CBD Local tip: Check WWOZ.org for music calendars, second lines, and festivals. Enjoy your stay in the best city in the country -Laissez le bon temps rouler!

- Walls are thin; I was kept awake the first night by noise from upstairs and adjoining doors—light sleepers should request a third floor room and/or bring earplugs - the room was really tight for me - even as a solo traveler. Only enough space for one suitcase. - My first room was in the back and faced an (abandoned?) house. It didn’t get much natural light - request a room facing Delachaise if you prefer brightness - Not a criticism of the hotel at all, more of a heads up - there is no elevator and three floors so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues - Bathroom towels were small - Hot water didn’t stay hot for long (lukewarm, not cold) - First room had only one hanger; second had four—more would be helpful - Mini fridge could have been cleaner - Lots of plastic items: utensil packets, stirrers, and single-use Costco brand coffee pods. What a bummer - these are so wasteful! I would love to see individual sugar packets and local coffee like Community and a regular coffee maker. The coffee shop had all plastic utensils as well :/ - Sheets were soft but a bit threadbare - Check-in is handled by the coffee shop barista instead of a traditional lobby—not bad, just different

The bed was uncomfortable, it was loud and too much light came in the room while trying to sleep.

Gute Lage, zu Fuß in die Stadt möglich. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze im Wohngebiet. Viele Speisemöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Modernes Zimmer.

Umständliches Hantieren mit einer App um in das Hotel und das Zimmer zu gelangen. Letztlich bekamen wir die Zimmerkarten im Cafe neben dem Hotel. Laute Jugendliche un Musik am ersten Abend und in der Nacht, das Personal wollte sich darum kümmern, war nicht mehr nötig, da die Jugendlichen das Hotel wieder verlassen hatten. Kein Frühstück. Kleines Zimmer.
