Location. Just a few blocks from Canal Street. I loved the bar and the outdoor seating area. Street parking but it all felt safe.

Loved the Coffee shop/Bar/lobby of the hotel. Locals were friendly. Property was clean

The corner of the foot of the bed was very sharp. Both my husband and I banged our legs getting around the bed. My husband's leg had a minor cut and bruising.

The location was great for our stay during Mardi Gras. Joseph at the front desk was attentive and happy to help with anything that we needed. Our double room was small, but I feel like the pictures represented it appropriately, and we knew what we were getting into. It was a good value compared to other options around the city during this busy week.

Love the location, the smaller size, the proximity to St Charles for Mardi Gras season

An elevator is sorely missed when carrying luggage to the 3rd floor and price of room dropped quite a bit AFTER we booked so even with Booking.com price match we overpaid
