Great vibe! Love the bar/coffee shop/reception. Easy parking.

Neat room and comfortable bed

Not so much of a deal breaker but not close to the centre of New Orleans and French Quarter. So uber a bit expensive for daily trips if you are planning to stay a few day. Otherwise rent a car

The management team personally responded to my feedback and issued a refund for 1 of my rooms.

I booked 2 rooms for my family: me & husband, 2 kids, my elderly parents. We arrived late (almost midnight) for a 1-night pre-paid stay. 1) We were first assigned a room that was already occupied and had to wait for a manager to come from another location to assist. 2) My elderly parents with limited mobility were assigned a room on the 3rd floor, even though I specifically called ahead to confirm a ground room floor (this hotel has no elevator). 3) When I complained to the manager on call he told me that he couldn't do anything about the room selection and "there is the door" and I could leave (with my 2 young kids and elderly parents, at midnight!). He responded to my legitimate complaints with comments like "I also have elderly people in my family" or some other irrelevant nonsense, and "my name is ___ (I don't remember now), feel free to leave me a review" -- well here it is! This was the most outrageous part of the whole experience and I'm shocked at the rudeness and hostility over what was an error on the hotel's part! 4) One of the rooms that I booked was supposed to have 2 double beds but it had only 1 king bed for myself, husband and 2 kids. No extra cot or any accommodation was provided. One star for getting a refund on the service that I paid for and didn't receive, for at least one of the rooms.

The courtyard style patio was cozy.

The extremely small rooms, loud a/c units directly over bed, loud units outside windows, cold shower with low water pressure.

Ótima localização, bairro tranquilo, funcionários muito atenciosos. Hotel limpo e confortável. Coffee shop no térreo, bem conveniente. Estacionamento de graça nas ruas adjacentes ao hotel.

Não tem elevador...
