The Studio a super cute place nr Southwold

Location was great, comfortable bed and facilities were good.

The outside table and bench are old and not very comfortable. Could be improved for relaxing out on the decking during the summer months.

Above all - location, location, location. The property is in a beautiful area and extremely peaceful. Loved the fact that the garden was very private and was a little suntrap. Parked right outside the property - room for 2 cars. A reasonably sized fridge with the freezer part is useful. Bathroom was large. Bed was very comfy. It was all very clean. The dishwasher was practical as it was a small size and worked well. The host did communicate well and the property was easy to find - ideally located for exploring Suffolk and Norfolk.

The outside table was broken and although it was usable was a little risky as to what you put on it. A lot of the crockery were scratched and chipped. A pint glass would have been useful for beer. The frying pan was greasy - the owner obviously relies on people washing up but it should be checked before the next guests. The induction hob was a nightmare - but I hate them anyway so that's my personal preference. There is no table to sit at for food - just a breakfast bar which is fine but the stools were basic and extremely uncomfortable to sit at. The settee was ok but not one for super relaxing. The shower leaked at the connection with the head. They provide 2 bottles of 'something' for the shower - no idea what was in them - shower gel/shampoo/conditioner? A label would have been good. The towels were thin, poor quality and not particularly white but adequate. No bath mat so used one of the hand towels. The only window in the bathroom is unreachable unless you stand on the toilet - doesn't seem ideal! The water gradually runs out of the kitchen sink through the plug so a quick wash up is required if you're doing that. No way of plugging the bathroom sink either which is bizarre - maybe we were doing something wrong and we coped without it.

Lovely location and very peaceful with great views. Well equipped accommodation and nice private garden area. Very spacious and comfortable. Great to be able to walk from the door.

The entrance door catches on the floor and is extremely difficult to open and close. Needs some serious maintenance. The duvet needs replacing and towels were a bit small. The bathroom always felt cold when the rest of the accommodation was warm. Also was difficult to ventilate the bathroom.

Bright and light comfortable studio on a farm and so quiet and peaceful.

Abut of a bendy cycle track to find it!
