Lovely peaceful location, comfortable beds and only a short drive to Southwold town centre. The rooms were all clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything.....decor beautiful......tranquil location......walks on doorstep.......minutea from Southwold which is also lovely......plenty of hot water......good kitchen facilities.....bed very comfortable.....able to watch television without problems....

Integrated oven/ microwave as a little complicated and microwave did not get warm enough to heat as such. Bathroom light confusing as had to turn fan on to turn lights on which we only realised on the last day🤔but not troublesome enough to worry about it!

"Peaceful and lovely place to stay and explore the beautiful Suffolk coast"

Really lovely accommodation just outside Southwold. We walked in and back one evening, was quite a way! A good base to explore the Suffolk coast so had a great holiday. Peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

Towels could be better but everything else really nice.

"Peaceful, idyllic getaway"

Beautifully presented studio, immaculately clean and tidy throughout. Everything we used and needed worked perfectly. Very private seating/sunbathing area. Very peaceful and we enjoyed listening to an owl each morning.

Just needed a few j cloth type cleaning cloths for wiping surfaces.

Beautiful place . Quiet and peaceful

A fan in the bathroom was on permanently. The drains in the kitchen were very smelly. Apart from that it was great
