The Studio a super cute place nr Southwold

The bathroom had no where to put towels, a hook or rail would have made live easier, No chest of drawers in bed room no where to put T shirts or anything that don't hang up No microwave in Kitchen. All things that you would expect to be there. My husband and I let out a 3 double bedroomed holiday flat in Germany, so we do now what is needed

Very quiet, immaculate and comfortable.

Very narrow lanes to access the property may be a problem with some vehicles.

Beautifully appointed, quiet and cosy studio cottage, one of a number of holiday properties on the farm. Private grassed/decked courtyard garden. Beautiful scenery. Walks from the door.

Warm and comfortable small barn conversion on a farm. Easy to find with GPS although roads might flood in heavy rain. Good walks from the door and easy access to Southwold and Warblerswick, etc. Wonderfully quiet with magnificent views of the Milky Way on a cloudless night. Good wifi and TV reception with online channels too.

For me the oven/microwave was too complex and it really needed info in the welcome folder. A drying rack would have been useful the days I was there too! Perhaps a bit expensive at £115 a night out of season.

It was exactly as described. We had a warm and friendly welcome, the heating had been turned on for our arrival and everything was prepared nicely. The location is quite remote but that’s exactly what we were looking for.

Nothing, it fully meet our expectations.
