The stay at Sah Saray has been amazing. Everything is perfect in this autenthyc kapadokyan cave suite hotel. The room is very clean, comfortable and you can try the experience to stay in a very luxury cave, with an incredibile view on the landscape. The food experience is amazing, according to tradiniotal Turkish cuisine. We recommend to stay at least 3 days in order to taste all the three different breakfast proposals😋 Last but not least, the kindness and helpflulness of the entire staff, with special thanks to Orhan. We hope we will come back!

I have just returned from an amazing holiday and stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything about this hotel, from the very first glance to the receptionist, was nothing short of excellence. The receptionist who greeted us and the quality of the room was an experience I will never forget. I am sure if all caves were like this, there would be far more cave dwellers. The room just blew me away; the welcome fruits in our room, along with the free minibar items, were lovely. Breakfast was an absolute treat with so much variety and a lovely restaurant to eat in. The restaurant is also 5-star in terms of quality and setting. Nothing could have prepared me for the hotel experience, and honestly, one of the best hotels I have been to. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful property that was clean and had all the amenities. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced compared to the local restaurants.

All the service staff were very helpful. We were given welcome drinks and fruit platters upon arrival at the hotel, and received a box of snacks when we left. It's obvious that the hotel is very considerate.

The location is at a peaceful end of the town of Goreme, and the views are spectacular from every level of the hotel. It was amazing to watch the hot air balloons flying overhead at dawn from the patios. It's not too far of a walk to get to various restaurants and shops. Front desk staff are extemely helpful with booking tours, etc. Breakfast was excellent. Turkish breakfasts are big. In addition to all the small dishes of fruits, cheeses, olives, breads, etc, the main dish choices (eggs, etc) were freshly prepared and very good. We picked this hotel because of the great reviews and the cave suites, and it didn't disappoint. Classy operation. We weren't sure what to expect with the halal rules, but that wasn't a big deal - no alcohol on the premises, and they had helpful dress code signs to explain women covering your arms, no short-shorts, etc
