The rooms are incredible, especially the cave rooms. The location is walking distance from the city center and the views from the hotel are spectacular. The staff are super helpful and gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to do. The icing on the cake were Orhan and Target, who made our stay amazing and gave us the best more scrumptious Turkish breakfast.

How can you not to experience a cave hotel when you come to Cappadocia, Turkey? However, many family rooms in cave hotels are small, dimly lit, or equipped with dark toilets, which is unacceptable to.me. We carefully selected and finally locked in Sah Saray Cave suites. We had tried two of their room types: the brighter one id,Superior Suite and the more comfortable one is Family Suite. I prefer the Family Suite. The price for three people is around USD250. Both rooms are located on the ground floor, with a public small gardern and hanging chair in front of the rooms. There is an additional public space and bench outside the door of the family suite. However, it seems that only our family usoed these facilities during our stay. The hanging chair and small chair on the balcony are very comfortable and practical, much better than the chairs in the #Secret Hill and Villa where we stayed before. I just don't want to get up after sitting on it! The chairs are comfortable and the view is beautiful - you can see the newly opened vampire-themed hotel #Scared Mansion and the Turkish special landscape ,.it's a pity that the rustic wooden railings partially block the view, which is a bit unsightly. The first floor of the hotel is a restaurant. Although there are not many guests, the dishes taste quite good. The fried meatballs and Turkish-style wheat cheese soup are delicious, and a large free cold appetizer is also served. The honey crab cheese is really delicious! It feels better than the hot restaurant #Seten restaurant next to the back door of the hotel. The scenery here is also quite good, maybe it just lacks the lively atmosphere of the hot restaurant. You can see hot air balloons on the rooftop of the hotel. We only saw two large hot air balloons floating closer, and the others were far away. The front desk manager told me that it depends entirely on God's will - the wind sometimes blows the hot air balloons over. It turns out that hot air balloons can only control the rise and fall, not the horizontal direction. But the good thing is that there were no other guests on the rooftop at the time, so it was much more convenient to take pictures. The hotel waiters are all very friendly. The only small problem is that the cleaning agent used by the cleaning staff may have a strong spice smell (similar to curry). When I entered the room just after cleaning, the smell was indeed a bit obvious. But if I went in again after a few hours, the smell was basically disappeared and usually did not cause any trouble. Overall, this is a very comfortable, traditional, distinctive and warm hotel. Living in a real cave feels very special and comfortable. The mattresses of the big and small beds are super comfortable and of good quality. Although the pillows are a bit soft, they are within the acceptable range. Of course, in terms of details and decoration style, it may lack a little modern and high-end taste. The hotel atmosphere, the other guests, and the delicious food were all wonderful! In particular, the staff were all gentlemanly and calm, and I felt luxurious! The hotel staff listened to all of our requests even before our stay, gave us helpful advice, and were a great partner during our trip!

I thought we'd have a good view of the balloons from our room, but it was a bit disappointing that they could be hard to see depending on the wind direction and the direction they were flying. The hotel was in a good location, so I thought we might be able to see the balloons from our room, but our room was facing away from the rising sun. However, we could see the balloons perfectly from the rooftop, and they even served us chai tea, which was a really nice surprise!

Dining at Sah Saray Restaurant was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well cared for. The quality and quantity of the food were simply incredible...every dish was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can truly taste the passion and care they put into every detail. A special thank you to Tulgut, Orhan, and Yasin for their outstanding service and professionalism. They made our evening truly special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cappadocia , a perfect blend of authentic flavors and heartfelt hospitality!
