Hayatımda bu kadar yüksek ödeyip kaldığım en kötü yerdi otel girişimizi unutmuşlar geç gitmemize rağmen 1 saat bekledik oda temizliği yapılmamıştı resepsiyon hiçbir bilgi vermedi yemek saatleri hakkında odaya su bile koymayı unutmuşlardı personeller ile iletişim çok zor bir şey sorduğunuzda suratınıza sadece bakıyorlar

Stayed here for 3 nights as we were attending a wedding. The reception staff were so friendly, couldn't do enough for you and were so lovely! The rooms were clean, spacious and the view was absolutely amazing! you could see the mountains, oludeniz beach and strip. I want to say a massive thank you to Umit! He was so sweet and constantly had a smile on his face and was so welcoming. Cleaners were lovely, they did a little display on our bed! The Pool area was clean the pool was really cold but when we went the weather was thunder and lightening and rained bad so the cause it wasn't hot it made the pool seem really cold. The drinks at the bar weren't upto much though unfortunately, i had a very small white wine and it was 450lira which is about £8.50! They have a cocktail menu but you unfortunately the staff can't make cocktails as we asked for a pina coloda and it came out with green with red bits in there and clear. i think if they learnt how to make cocktails they could make more money and also lower their price of the wine down. I would like to suggest that it would be good to have a bit more of a bar area. when coming in on a night from being out there was no where to sit if you wanted to sit inside, the only place was in reception and we did get told of be quiet as guests complained but we were only chatting. There is an outside bar area which is big but it was a bit chilly so wanted to be inside. breakfast was ok, i don't really eat breakfast but they did omlettes, fried eggs, there is salad, toast etc. I had toast and unlike other places it didn't take 1 month for the toast to brown! taxis are so easy to get, literally every other car on the road is a taxi. I wouldn't suggest walking to the beach as its a bit of a death trap but its 200 lira to get there. Overall this hotel is in a great location, beautiful views, staff are so friendly, helpful, you also didn't need to rush to get a sunbed cause its such a small hotel you aren't fighting to get a sunbed at 6am. I would recommend it, with a few tweaks this hotel could be that little bit better.

We had an amazing time and loved the privacy of our swim up pool room. The hotel was clean and located perfectly between the serene hills and was only a short shuttle to the beach. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and Berk the office manager did all he could to ensure we made the most of our holiday! We definitely will be returning to this hotel soon!

My daughter and I stayed for 9 days, just got home yesterday. We had a beautiful stay, lovely weather, fab hotel, friendly staff (especially Yorgun /raine in the restaurant!) and the lovely ladies who made our rooms up when we asked them! Such a lovely hotel with fantastic views, would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back soon!

Before arriving I emailed the hotel asking for a room with a high up view as me and my partner were coming to the hotel to celebrate my 18th birthday. The receptionist took us to the room and I have never seen a room in such poor condition. The walls were damp, wall paper peeling off the walls, damp on the ceiling, the fridge was yellow and not even on, the air con didn’t work, the sliding doors did not shut and to top it off the ‘jacuzzi’ was literally in pieces! We asked the receptionist if there was any other rooms for us to stay in as the room was disgusting and we had payed a lot of money for an upgraded room. The receptionist spoke no English and was trying to communicate through google translate, and was trying to say a man will fix the jacuzzi in the morning, this was a total lie. In the morning we were greeted by an amazing receptionist who was so helpful and apologetic and he contacted the manager of the hotel to see if we could get put into a different room. Whilst we were waiting for the manager to arrive we went down to breakfast which we found the toaster wasn’t working, none of the drink machines worked and the food was stone cold. A manager finally arrived and did not want to listen to what we had to say and constantly spoke over us trying to make up excuses saying that we hadn’t payed extra for the jacuzzi room and that just because easy jet advertise the photos of these rooms doesn’t mean we get one. When he finally went into the computer to check our booking his tune completely changed and he then started arguing with one of the housekeepers in-front of us. we finally got given a new room, and I have to say it was amazing exactly what we was expecting and such amazing views. We both feel as though the hotel used to be amazing and now it’s under new ownership it’s gone very downhill. The day we left we overheard another family complaining about a room next door to the original room we were put in, about such poor conditions so they obviously feel no way about changing them. On our last day my partner proposed to me and throughout the whole day whilst trying to celebrate our engagement the manager of the hotel was hounding us all day asking us to take down our bad review that I had posted on facebook. This made us feel very uncomfortable as at one point he was even waiting out the front of the hotel. I would not recommend coming to this hotel at all as it is not worth the risk or the hassle, had we had not upgraded our room we would have been stuck in that hell hole. The only reason I have gave 2 stars is because the room we were put in after complaining wasn't bad, however if the room was available why was we not put in this in the first place, as after all we had payed for it?

My wife and I travel frequently and consider ourselves fairly tolerant when it comes to accommodations. However, this is the first time we’ve ever felt compelled to leave a 1-star review. We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and while there are a few positives, our experience was overwhelmingly negative due to poor sound insulation, unresponsive staff, and misleading communication. Pros: The hotel is relatively new and clean. Our room had a fantastic view. The location is convenient — just a 5-minute drive from Ölüdeniz Beach. Cons: Extremely Poor Sound Insulation: We could hear conversations and TV noise from neighboring rooms with unsettling clarity. It felt like the walls were paper-thin. Ineffective Noise Complaint Handling: This was perhaps the most frustrating part of our stay. No Internet Access: The hotel’s Wi-Fi was completely unavailable during our stay. We were told this was due to ongoing road construction that had damaged the cables. While we understand these things happen, we wish we had been informed before check-in. Apparently, this construction had started well before our arrival and was expected to continue for a while — transparency here would have gone a long way. Noise Incident Details: On the second night, the guests in the room next door (Room 304) were speaking loudly and had their TV turned up to an excessive volume after midnight. It was nearly impossible to sleep — the sound felt like it was right beside our ears. My wife went down to the front desk to report the issue around 1a.m. The staff assured her it had been handled after a phone call, but the noise continued. At 2:30 a.m., I went down myself to follow up. Once again, the staff promised to take care of it. Unfortunately, the noise didn’t stop until 4:15 a.m., leaving us completely exhausted. Checkout Experience: When we expressed our frustration during checkout, we were met with indifference. The front desk claimed they had done all they could and then bizarrely added that we had been the subject of a noise complaint — which was entirely false and frankly insulting. We were quiet the entire night. Since the staff didn't speak English, we had to use Google Translate. I asked to speak with the manager, who arrived a few minutes later. After explaining the entire situation, we learned that a guest from a lower floor had complained about noise above, and the staff simply assumed it was us — without verifying anything or even informing us of the accusation. Final Thoughts: We’re incredibly disappointed in how the hotel managed the situation. There was no real apology, no resolution, and we were unfairly blamed. The lack of accountability and professionalism was alarming. We’re sharing this review not out of malice, but to help future guests make an informed decision. If you value a good night’s sleep and responsible management, this may not be the place for you.

Absolutely great experience! When we just arrived at the hotel, we found that we lost our backpack in the bus stop (Fethiye Bus Station), in front of the supermarket, maybe on the bench. The staff helped us call the taxi office and also ask people to check out ‘the bus stop’. We were very nervous because our passport, card, cash … all in the black backpack. I was confirmed with the stuff in the backpack by talking with the staff, and he was talking with the guy who fund our backpack. Finally, we got it with all the help of the hotel staff and his friends. Thank you very much! And our room has a wonderful seaview! Highly recommend this hotel;)

This is a great hotel conveniently located close to the main resort of Oludeniz. The staff were very friendly , special thanks to Yagmur (Rain) for looking after us and making us so welcome. Thanks also for the pool room upgrade , we will definitely return !! Chris
