King Royal Palace Ölüdeniz

Every ones holiday needs are so different , and may change from one year to the next , after a difficult year , we wanted peace and quiet surrounded by by nature , this hotel was perfect with amazing staff , all the way through , it was clean lovely swim up room that also as extra sea facing loungers in a quiet area there’s is a larger pool , with music playing , and a bar , free pool towels , , rooms cleaned every day , free water tea coffee milk ext , food , breakfast, was perfect for us fresh omelette of your choice salad , fruit , no full English if that’s what you want , but other meat , dinner , was ok , we like to try different things , although not labelled you only need ask , It’s really close to the cable cars , and you can walk although 5 mins on a busy road then 10 mins on a proper path but can be seen from the hotel . Oludeniz is about 15 min 20 min walk , but not recommend as it’s a busy main road we did a few times but not safe about the 3 rd hotel on left half way dawn actually takes you onto a road through a quiet village that’s lovely into main strip , these views are really beautiful and special , , yes this hotel as a few small set backs , the loungers are old wooden and solid love them , the swim up pools have some small tiles missing if you look for them , a few areas as been made good with new plaster and ready for a coat of paint do I care no , you absolutely loose yourself with the beautiful area , your safe with glass all around when the wild boar with babies visit , beautiful birds , top of mountain eagles , what would be my wish to change , a proper path dawn to Oludeniz , not so loud music round large pool , most people listen to there own these days through ear plugs , maybe some soft background music we don’t all want the loud stuff thanks I would like to wish all the staff my very best wishes you are truly amazing lovely people , I hope big boss ma appreciate s you all

We stayed for 1 week at this hotel and we did have a pretty good deal with EasyJet. Bed and Breakfast. The view from this hotel is amazing! our room was good 107 swim up room the pool was clean. We only had an issue, the last day of our holiday, in our bathroom with a flow of water coming in from above. The management were very helpful and said they would move us, has it was our last day, we didn't bother. room was lovely and cleaned most days. we found the staff very friendly and very helpful. we did have lunch a few times, at the snack bar and found this really good and reasonable. Breakfast was good although Turkish and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. location wise, bus stops outside hotel to Oludeniz and other way Hisaronu, we did walk up to Hisaranu good 20 min up hill walk. Plenty of restuarants shops, taxis are also available and reception would ring if you wanted to go in a taxi. 5 min walk to cable cars, which is a must do. we did the trip to Pamumakale which was very good, 2 and half hours away and 6 island boat trip great day out and last day we did the paragliding at 54 and 50 years of age. what an amazing Experience! To start with the view is amazing and the room’s spacious hence 2 stars. However the bad points: Breakfast choice exceptionally poor, lacks variation and no working toaster. On the initial introduction was impressed by room size and view, however on closer inspection and utilising facilities you soon come across the faults. Flooded bathroom every morning, wall paper peeling from wall, wooden uprights not secure. Room service was ok, but lacked replenishing the toilet role. However dealt with flooded towels everday Customer service exceptionally poor and individual lack basic understanding of English. Not very helpful, the only smile was from the lady in the restaurant Late checkout are allowed, beware no security room for luggage, no external shower, if you want the room past 1630 after paying £35.00, you need to pay another £35.00.

We were so overwhelmed and delighted to move to this hotel by our tour operator, due to having a dreadful experience with our original hotel we had booked that was disgusting. Upon arrival we was stunned by the beautiful views. The staff are so lovely here and go over and beyond for their guests. The manager was so amazing, he new we had gone through a terrible time with the previous hotel. He upgraded us to the Palace room! We went into the room and it had a jacuzzi on the balcony. The room was spotless with even fluffy dressing gowns. The food was lovely, great choice and very clean with fantastic views. The bus stops right outside the hotel if you need to travel around. You would need to get a bus or taxi from this hotel to go out and about. But it's so cheap. As mentioned the staff were amazing at this hotel.

Vue magnifique de la piscine, je conseille fortement cet hôtel !

Her şey güzeldi, temizlik konusunda çarşaf ve havlularda leke olması hoş değildi. Gün içerisinde odaya girip temizlik yapılması ve odanın toparlanması çok iyidi. Yemekler ve kahvaltı çeşitlilik, sıcaklık,lezzet açısından mükemmeldi. Yemek yanında ücretsiz içecek sunulmalı bu konuda yetersiz. Klima gün içerisinde yetersiz kalıyordu. Fakat Gece klimada sorun yaşamadık. Havuz ve şezlonglar yeterliydi. Manzara çok iyi.

Konaklamada sıkıntı yaşamadık fakat ödemeyi yaptıktan bir gün sonra kartımı kontrol etriğimde 200 tl fazla çekildiğini gördüm. Bu konuyla ilgili şikayetimi gereken yerlere bildireceğim
