Oakes Oramel Inn

Located in a cute little village located close to our planned activities

No support staff on hand. Walls are paper thin, adjoining pass through door not able to be secured from our side. See through the cracks around the door. Every noise from the adjoining room was heard, even whispers, snoring, and all extra curricular activities. Linen appeared clean but of the poorest quality available. Two nights of no sleep as we expected our neighbors to come through the door at anytime. Quiet neighbors? Anything but! Neighbors party, burnouts in the road until 1:00am. I did speak to the owner after the first night, seemed very nice but unconcerned. Needless to say, I will NEVER stay there again and will never refer others to either.

Liked the price. Room was clean. No ac so room was a little warm. And hot water was iffy.

What a little gem of a place to stay! Very clean and cute. The owners were super friendly and helpful. We definitely plan to return again!

The room was comfortable and clean.

Check in was difficult. There was no one in the office and we had to make 3 phone calls to finally be told to go next door at the ice cream place to get someone to check us in. Also, no A/C on an 80 degree day wasn't so much fun and the TV remote did not operate the TV so we couldn't watch.

Comfortable room. But no staff on site. I was the only customer there. The place was clean

Needed a light bulb in the light at the table .

The hotel was very loud as you could hear all the neighbors. The walls were very thin which made sleeping difficult.

simple cost effective place to stay for the night while expiring the area - clean and comfy

When we arrived there wasn’t anyone around. Called and they weren’t expecting us. No heat on. Tub area was awful. Pealing on the bottom. Definitely not what we expected.

It was great that we could access the snowmobile trail right from the hotel.
