The friendly staff, the quality of the accommodation and the history of the building. I just want to restore the old appliance out the front. Make sure to check out the Hokitika museum located next door.

Lovely, comfortable property. Excellent location with easy walking distance of all services.

Being an old building the sound proofing between levels is average meaning you hear footsteps of guests on the level above. If you're light sleeper book a first floor apartment.

Unique place to stay with a lot of history. Room was very nice with attention to decor which made the place feel unique. Close to the main street for restuarants
