"Bad communication with owner, poor service level"

The apartment is situated close to the bus station and the city center is reachable by foot.

The main air condition didn’t work so we got a transportable which was possible to use only with opened windows because of the exhaust tube. Of course it couldn’t cool the apartment properly especially the upper bedroom. The hygiene level is also questionable, the upper beams, the fan,the shelves and walls were full of dust and spiderwebs. The kitchen was poorly equipped. I tried to explain my concerns to the owner but he was not reachable so i had to contact Booking.com support. Definitely too expensive for this kind of service.

L'appartamento è accogliente e confortevole dotato di tutte le comodità. La posizione ottima per i servizi e nello stesso tempo vicina al centro storico raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti

il ritiro delle chiavi un po' cervellotico, ma alla fine siam riusciti. Metodo non adatto per persone anziane. gli orari di check-troppo vincolanti.

Ottima posizione

Premetto che quando viaggio dormo in strutture alberghiere, in questo caso per la lunga durata del soggiorno non sono riuscito a trovare disponibilità quindi ho dovuto scegliere una struttura extra-alberghiera. Il ritiro delle chiavi "ridicolo" con un video fatto male, alle 19:30 con i bagagli a zero gradi e con la neve ho dovuto attraversare strade e cercare un bussolotto ancorato a un porta bici al buio. La struttura ha una scala interna scomodissima in particolare per chi di notte ha necessità di alzarsi, cambio biancheria inesistente per 15 giorni (ho pagato 70 € per pulizie) bagno cieco con aspiratore mai usato perché ha il rumore di una mietitrebbiatrice degli anni 30, aspirapolvere inutilizzabile perché è stato modificato e durante l' uso si surriscalda e disperde polvere io mi fermerei qui.

Indeling appartement is goed. Locatie dicht bij centrum en etenswaar winkels/restaurants.

Geen goede tot totaal geen reactie na aankomst dat sommige zaken niet goed functioneren, zoals: - kluisje van sleutel ging niet open, na belletje kwam personeelslid na half uur gelukkig om ons te helpen. - twee radiatoren op hoogste stand zijn niet voldoende om appartement in de winter te verwarmen!! - vraag naar extra deken ivm kou en overtrek voor matras en dekbedhoed voor sofabed werd totaal niet op gereageerd. - geen connectie met WIFI ook geen goede hulp reactie op verkregen. Zelf opnieuw alles opgestart toen deed de WIFI het wel. - ventilator badkamer stuk, rioollucht in badkamer, kleine sta douche wel voldoende warm water. - nespresso apparaat die niet goed functioneerd. Wat cupjes bij aankomst of theezakjes zou ook gewaardeerd worden. - schakelaar inductie kookplaatjes stuk. Schakelaar moet met de hand ingedrukt blijven voor stroom, ook geen reactie op gekregen…
