Very nice clean and comfortable and a good location

I didn’t like that the bathroom door when closing them was very loud especially at night when you are sleeping and someone has to go to the bathroom and closes the door and the refrigerator microwave and coffee pot circuit breaker popped in the middle of the night so I lost all the food in the refrigerator

I didn't eat or drink at the hotel. I wasn't sure about what was offered there wasn't any information in my room.

Great stary I will stay again next time i'm in town.

Brian, GM gave poor CS, laziness and plain not interested In caring in our request. Talked to Brian on June 28. Paid $900 for 2 rooms non refundable. I booked with booking.com non ref to arrive Aug 11. 2 nights, meeting up with family and asked Brian to book 4th floor adjoining rooms, one was handicap we needed for 97 yr old granny and open door at night so we could all help in middle of night with granny. We had these same rooms in April so that’s why we came back. Brian said No, can’t block this far ahead to call back one week before our Aug 11 arrival. I asked him to log it, put notes in my record tell staff I had to have those 2 rooms we had in April. I asked Brian if he was on Fosse, he said yes and I told him Fosse allow preblocking 11 months in advance. He said call back one week before arrival. So I called back on July 24, which was 18 days before our arrival on Aug 11. I was told those 2 rooms were assigned yesterday. Of course I was upset, talk to several staff nothing they could do. Brian did not note it, did not tell staff, he had nothing in place where all staff could not preblock more than a week ahead. Brian just flubbed me off. This ruined our vacation by 50%. We were given 2 sep rooms on 1st floor, non handicap which sucked. Was given 2 waters, bottle of wine by Jack which was nice but did not help our situation. Brian never reached out to me to offer any excuse. Brian never posted an apology note to guest when power went out due to storm Fri night for several hours. No generators so guest had to leave. Brian never offered free cookies the next day, no acknowledge to any guest for this even tho storm was not his fault, GM Brian never posted a note on Sat that only 6 blocks away was a huge Farmers Market with at least 70 vendors selling everything. We found it by accident and spent $ supporting Owatonna and vendors. Brian did nothing to support Owatonna by letting out of town guest know about this, can’t imagine being at hotel and missing out on that great Farmers Market, we bought 10 jars of pickles, food etc. Brian LinkedIn said he’s into CS and property management but NOT anymore, no extra mile Brian. He may have been good at one time but my take he’s worn out and doesn’t care, he hides behind this staff. He’s NOT an asset to the hotel or revenues to the city of Owatonna. I think Jessica should give Brian recurrent training on going the extra mile for a guest and not telling fibs to guest to get them off the phone.
