"Bella struttura bel complesso anche se ancora in sviluppo"

La struttura è molto nuova e ben tenuta. Ho avuto problemi con la serratura della porta ma è stato risolto tempestivamente. La piscina condivisa con altre strutture dello stesso complesso è molto bella. I bagni sono puliti. Ci sono asciugamani anche per la piscina. C’è un ascensore quindi nessun problema con i bagagli.

Avrei pulito la piscina privata più spesso. Dopo la pioggia si sporca molto. Proverei anche ad aumentare la temperatura dell’acqua di un paio di gradi. Le racchette le palline da padel non sono disponibili nell’appartamento ma bisogna richiederle. Aggiungerei una pulizia inclusa nel soggiorno al massimo ogni 5 giorni.

"Perfect apartment for a family stay in Tulum."

Beautiful apartment, so spacious and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable, the living area was perfect for our family. The pool area is beautiful and the gym a real bonus. Everywhere was very quiet and peaceful. The only noise was from the local hotel which made us even more grateful to stay here. The concierge was super helpful and responsive.

"Dejligt! Nemt! Luksus!"

Lækkert indrettet, roligt område og masser af plads. Havde praktisk talt den lækre pool for os selv. Konceptet uden personale fungerede upåklageligt. Stephanie svarede promte, hvis vi havde spørgsmål.

Placeringen er god, mellem strand og by. Dog skal man igennem et slumlignende område, for at komme til Tulum centrum. Vi valgte hovedvejen og lejede cykler. Det fungerede perfekt.
