Studios Inn

The location is excellent; close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. The rooms are dated but very clean. Having a laundry facility on the premises was a plus. My only complaint is that you can hear your neighbors; a few nights it got quite noisy.

Really awesome property

Property managers were always available by phone if they were not at the desk. Parking was only $3.00 a day in a gated lot. Coffee fresh everyday. If you stay you will need to bring your own toilet paper after you use the one provided.

It's more like a small apartment, comes with a gym, shared laundry, cooking area, microwave, fridge, plenty of cabinet space. Not bad at all, but a couple of notes Compared to many other hotels in the bay area, it's generally clean. Gated parking is $3/day. It's safe and well lit Cameras everywhere in this building so it feels safe. Area is safe. You can take a walk to Santana Row or walk across the street for the mall. No housekeeping. Meaning bedsheets and towels won't be washed. You need to bring extra toilet papers, tissue, etc. Neighbors are generally respectful, but I can hear people upstairs and next to me talking and walking. Bring earplugs. Blackout curtains aren't perfect, bring an eyemask. Front desk folks are friendly, but... * My bathroom clogged easily and front desk brought a plunger and said they'll send someone the next morning, but no one came. * I asked for new towels and they said they'll send someone just this one time, but no one came.

Convenient location, staff is nice

I can’t stress any better how neat and perfect this place was. Everything from staff to tidiness and quietness was well over my expectations. Loved this place I will be telling everyone in NZ about it. Thank team for your kind ways and for providing us with such a beautiful place stay at - it’s now our home away from home!

The place is very near to the Santana Row and the Westfield mall . I stayed on the second floor for week and it was a great experience except noise at night. The room is clean and have a comfortable bed and a small table with two chairs. Faye at the front desk is excellent.

Very clean, great location. Attentive and friendly staff, comfortable bed and in the perfect location. Across the street from the Westfield mall and two streets down from Santana Row. Shopping, food, night life. They have it all and within walking distance! Reasonable price for the area, gated parking, security access and good wifi. Tons of restaurants within a 5 mile radius! Come to San Jose and stay here you won't be disappointed!

This place is walk-able distance from Santana Row, which has lots of premium eateries and boutiques. Cross the road to reach valley fair mall. Faye at the front desk is excellent The rooms are good and has an OK bed with square pillows. The rooms also have a small table with two chairs and and also has provision to connect to internet via wifi or a LAN cable. There is cable that is going to a very small TV. It has a full size refrigerator with a cook top. They also provide basic pots / pans / plates and spoons. There is a coffee machine in the room that you can use to make your own coffee or you can use a dollar to get one from near the front desk. Other facilities : There is an ice machine and a vending machine from which you can get some snacks. There is gym and at least four washer driers. You can get a packet of tide from here itself. The lounge has a huge TV and a settee, i had rarely seen anybody there.

Fay at the front desk is the best. Lots of storage. Great location. The only thing you can't walk to is a hardware store. Stayed on the second floor Jan.and Feb. I assume whenever people were upstairs they brought their horses. The lock and key system leave much to be desired. No carts for moving your stuff. For some reason Tripadvisor won't let you select before the current month so I checked March.
