A great property to stay - next to Santana Row but nestled in a quiet side street, plenty secured parking, great room, nice personnel. Will stay again if needed!

We liked the location very much. Everyone there was helpful and our room was petite but perfect for the two of us. Great value and location.

This property is in a good location, across the street from a mall, a couple of blocks from a grocery store, and many places to eat near by. Parking is safe and easy, but it is extra. They offer maid service, but also at an extra charge. Overall, I was happy with this booking.

Not your normal hotel experience. Bring your own toiletries if you’re staying awhile. They provide a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Extra or new towels are an extra charge. Some of the dishes in the room had small food pieces on them from so we had to rewash a few and we found a bag of jelly beans under the bed so the initial cleanliness was not to our liking. Overall, the room seemed clean. Staff was very nice and we loved the gated parking. Location was very conveniently close to everything we needed. Would possibly stay again

The kitchen was nice, cooking supplies were provided. Annoying gotcha at the end that you have to take out the trash and clean all the dishes but not really the end of the world, just not what I'd expect from a hotel.
