Beautiful Georgian Duplex

Location into centre good walking distance. Parking bays good. Property really nice and clean. Beds really comfortable. Would stay again. Host sorted any issues we had promptly x

Lovely lovely property and so easy to check in and out. Lovely design and decoration throughout - communications from Shea the owner was fab and so helpful and informative . I had no worries or concerns about anything when there. Everything was so thought out and I felt like I had just moved to my holiday home for a few days. At every point you could tell the host had thought about what a guest may need and had addressed it. There was washing up liquid, hand wash as well as shampoo and shower gel. A hairdryer in each bedroom with good power. A bottle of water provided in each bedroom another nice touch. The shower is amazing - great pressure. There was a welcome pack from the guest (2 packs of biscuits and a couple of chocolates), which was a lovely touch. An information leaflet in each room with a little bit about the history of the property. There is a sofa bed in the front room, which we didn't use but helpful to know. The property is central but in a quiet area - it is a 5 min walk to town or the quay. There is parking out front and you can rearrange parking permits with the host when booking. The property was immaculate and comfy will definitely use again - thank you Shea for a lovely and enjoyable stay

It is really hard to find something I didn't like about the property so I feel really picky as we really enjoyed staying here and the overall stay completely overshadowed the observations and very minor points listed here. There was a smell on the lower ground where the bathroom was - I assume this is due to the bathroom being downstairs and it being hard to air -There were no kitchen scissors. As I said very minor points which at no point made our stay any less enjoyable.

The house was lovely. Generally clean, well decorated and a good size. Kitchen and bathroom facilities worked fine. Parking was easy, location was good. Host was great.

Bathroom fan has been installed backwards so blows into the room above the toilet so you get cold when using it. Kitchen blinds were sticky. Mattress felt like it was made of bricks, but we both prefer soft mattresses. Kids were happy though. No stair gate or high chair seemed odd, considering we asked for a cot. No curtains so light was a problem in the mornings. Info in the booklet/welcome pack is outdated. Prices were wrong etc. Hosts said the fridge was stocked with essentials, but it wasn't. The cleaning cupboard was opened and unlocked with chemicals on the bottom shelf. Luckily, we found it before the kids did. There was nothing to clean the kitchen with. No kitchen roll, spray etc

Lovely place and it’s in a good location. Comfortable and a great shower.

Milk was out of date and very cold bedrooms in the morning.

It’s a beautiful apartment, very cozy and small things are well taken care of . Shea was sweet as a host and also took care of putting some eatables before we arrived … she is an amazing host . Very responsive to all our queries and very helpful . I definitely recommend this place ❤️

No faults to find

The quiet apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and Shea provided lots of informative notes on how to work everything ( with the exception of the towel bar heater) . Shea went out of her way, upon our arrival by train, and picked our luggage up for us ( we were too early to check in) so that we could go and visit an attraction without hauling around our luggage. The food provided was poor compared to the quality of the rest. Shea is meticulous in all that she did with the exception of the food quality. To make that place stand out as exceptional, it would maybe be better to serve croissants ( or a better quality bread), better quality cereals instead of cheap, boxed stuff. Just a few changes would make a big difference in the overall experience.
