Beautiful Georgian Duplex

Beautiful accommodation in very good location. Comfortable and very clean with quality furnishings and fittings. Two night stay for friends for events in the centre of Gloucester, so ideal location with easy walks.

Great, very well located in the centre of Gloucester, modern, clean and comfortable, ideal to visit the Cotswolds.

Breakfast is good, but it’s just things in the fridge not fresh breakfast served every morning

Interesting decor, pleasant location and helpful hosts.

Needed a second set of keys but hosts had already taken this on board. The seagulls can be noisy, but not a lot anyone can do about those.

The location was great, easy walk to the docks, shopping and older part of town. The apartment was nicely decorated , clean with fully equipped kitchen.

I felt very disappointed with the breakfast that was left. The cheapest yoghurt and even cheaper half a loaf of sliced bread which had been put in a freezer bag! I was asked if I would like coffee and I put in a request for decaffeinated coffee and tea. No decaf tea was left and there was no label on the coffee. We both felt that the bedding should have been ironed as it makes it look like someone else has already slept in it.

The apartment was beautifully presented, lovely and clean with everything you needed. Great spacious shower! In close proximity to town centre and Gloucester docks where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walk is all it takes. We visited Gloucester Cathedral in town and Berkeley Castle (half hour drive) which were both lovely. Our host Shea was very responsive and informative. Parking was £3 per day and we always managed to find a space right outside the property.

Thoughtfully presented, comfortable and perfectly located base to explore the city, and especially the Quays area, on foot.

Spotless apartment with great attention to detail in every room. Immaculate kitchen overlooking the quiet road,and bathroom with fabulous shower - not a poky cubicle-and all toiletries available too. Great for us as a couple, but both bedrooms a decent size and very comfortable. Two couples no problem. Bedrooms and bathroom downstairs-it is a Georgian property -light not an issue. Continental breakfast a treat. Car parking on square easily arranged in advance by our lovely host at £3 a night noon to noon. Entire city within easy walking distance from this quiet location- Docks literally 5 minutes and the Beautiful Cathedral within 10 minutes.(recommend you book for an afternoon tea there!) City Museum just along the road. All that history and all those places to eat and drink. Better weather would see us use the small garden area behind the property.

The location was perfect for our engineer - one mile from RGH where he was working. Our host arranged for a parking permit which was inexpensive and straightforward.
