We stayed here while celebrating our anniversary and were truly delighted with the accommodations. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive, and every detail throughout the stay felt thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to experience such comfort and care—it’s not something I take for granted. Thank you for making this special occasion even more memorable.

Absolutely amazing! Upgraded room was a great surprise - I really appreciated Naomi & the team reaching out prior to the stay and to ask if there was anything they could do in advance. The views of the fireworks on the 4th of July were amazing from the hotel!

Me and my wife decided to have a 1 night staycation at the Four Seasons Minneapolis over the summer. This was our first trip without our daughter and we were very excited to stay here. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing trip. Check In - to me this is such an important part of a hotel that gets overlooked in hotels that are poorly managed. Sadly, the experience here was not good. The person who checked us in was not friendly. He did make us feel welcome. Not a pleasant conversation. I had to ask for the welcome drink that people next to me were being offered. We felt like a burden. Rooms - rooms were very clean and comfortable. I will say the rooms are small which for the 2 of us was fine for a 1 night stay. But if we had our daughter with us it would have been too small. Pools - this is where our stay went from ok to bad. We chose this hotel because it is a 5 star hotel with an outdoor pool. When we arrived at the outdoor pool we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. We put down our room number and decided to go wait in the indoor pool. While we waited in the indoor pool the staff would walk by us and ignore us. We wanted to order food and drinks but the staff just kept ignoring us. 1 hour had gone by and still no access to the outdoor pool. Therefore, we decided to leave the hotel to grab lunch somewhere that would have staff that actually wanted to help us. 4 hours after we had put our name on the waiting list we received a call from the hotel saying we could use the outdoor pool. It was 5pm and we could finally use the outdoor pool. They did apologize and gave us a round of drinks. But this horrible experience just left a bad impression on the hotel for us. Dining - this is where the hotel shines. Mara is the restaurant next to the lobby. Incredible food and service. This is the only place in the hotel that had good service. I will warn you that the wait time for food is long. But the food is very good and service is very good. Amex FHR - we booked through American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR). No upgrade. We did use the $100 credit for dinner at Mara which was nice. Only $60 credit for breakfast which was not enough. At other FHR stays we are normally offered $80 or $100 credit for breakfast. Conclusion - we will not be choosing the Four Seasons for our next staycation. There are many luxury choices in the area that have better service and better staff. And honestly even if there weren't other choices I would prefer to stay home to avoid the rude staff and long wait times to use an outdoor pool. However, I will come back for Mara restaurant. Will just stay at a different hotel.

Very, clean, comfortable and beautiful hotel. However, the night we arrived, there was an event near the pool deck. The pool area was crowded, guests staying at the hotel had to wait 25-30 minutes for service or a drink vs. the event guests. Guests using the pool area were also subject to other guests crowding the pool area for a fashion show.

I had to travel to Minnesota during a very difficult time and the wonderful team at this impeccable property took such thoughtful care of me. From check-in to check-out my stay was flawless. I will always return to this property when I am in Minneapolis. The property itself is stunning and the team here is absolutely as kind as they can be. This hotel is perfection. Was a splurge that we decided to make because we wanted a rooftop pool. The pool was fabulous. Rooms are spacious, clean and simply gorgeous. Service is impeccable. You will not be disappointed.

I’m not sure how the Four Seasons is able to find so many people who are this nice and this professional. From the young man opening our car door on arrival, to the doormen, to the front desk, to the restaurant staff…. Every single person exemplifies absolute professionalism and kindness. Upon arrival, my grandson and handicapped young adult son were greeted with a welcome wagon full of stuffed animals to choose from. Clean and comfortable room with beautiful views, delicious breakfasts with warm and caring servers, smiling faces and pleasant interaction with the doormen and valets, they do it all very well. The Four Seasons Minneapolis does it perfectly. A complaint? I couldn’t find one if I tried.
