The Fern Residency Navi Mumbai, Turbhe, Series by Marriott

The staff of courteous and helping but the process of check in was a bit boring.

The lift or the elevator was out of order on both these that is the time of checking and on the next day while checking out and it created really a nightmare for both of us is the luggage got stuck in between while checking out anyone during checking the waiter said to carry all the luggage to the 6 floor via staircase which was really poor show of the hotel how come there is not maintain the lift and it was a significant problem as that building was 8 floors high

The food is very Specially the Chef Avinash was very polite and gentle in nature. He cooked very good food specially for me as I had some food restrictions which was excellent

Location, surroungs not upto the mark. Ac was not working for more than 5-6 hours. Horrible reasoning they gave. Very unhappy with the stay.

One of the best stays i have had the room was spacious and was upgraded, the stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Mr. Jayesh duty manager helped with the check in and was very kind and polite. We look forward to stay again.

Enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider The Fern on our next visit.

The staff was not at the marriot level and very rude for the marriot hotel standerd
