Location is in middle of an industrial market. Not meant for families

The Fern Marriott in Navi Mumbai offers decent facilities but my stay was below expectations. The air conditioning in my room did not work properly and couldn’t cool the space even at night. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated constantly, which was quite frustrating. The room was also quite noisy — you could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway, especially late at night, which made it hard to sleep. My room faced a bus parking area, not a pleasant view, and the street in front of the hotel was quite dirty. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs better maintenance and soundproofing.
